Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join our finance team. You will drive reporting, closing, and governance processes while partnering with global enterprises to deliver accurate financial statements.

The role requires B.com/BBA/MBA or CA qualifications, and a track record in transformations leveraging AI and automation to improve financial reporting, month-end close, and intercompany processes.

Qualifications

• B.com/BBA/MBA or CA qualification is required.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
• Experience with reporting, consolidations, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review & posting of Month End Journal Entries.
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities.
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly intercompany process.
• Resolution of Balancing Items.
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience).
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month.
