Job summary

Genpact Noida invites applications for a Record to Report - External Reporting role. The position sits in our finance function and focuses on delivering accurate external financial statements under GAAP/IFRS, coordinating audits, and driving reporting improvements.

You will analyze data, support internal control design, and partner with stakeholders to explain financial performance. A B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA or professional CA/CMA/CS is eligible, and work location is Noida (office).

Qualifications

• Prepare and review external financial statements under GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate external audits with timely, accurate documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and improvements in reporting.
• Assist in designing and testing internal controls for reporting integrity.

• Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors.

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
