Genpact in Hyderabad is inviting qualified Chartered Accountants for a Record to Report role. This office-based position focuses on reporting, consolidations, and timely control reviews, with close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds CA qualification with strong closing and reporting experience, and will drive month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany activities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is required.
• Experience in reporting, closing, and audit processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Adherence to KPIs/SLA; timely control reviews.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
• Produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review and posting of Month End Journal Entries.
• Perform Month End Close activities.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany processes.
• Resolve balancing items.
• Maintain accounting knowledge with closing & reporting experience.
• Build and manage customer relationships and lead update calls with customers when required.
• Identify opportunities and recommend process and automation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
