Job summary

Digicare Services, a leading after‑sales services provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support staffing and onboarding across the organization. You will source candidates from online channels, screen applicants, and align HR processes with business needs to improve productivity and employee experience.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, maintain HR relations, and ensure smooth exits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or similar role.
• Proficient with social media, CV databases and professional networks.
• Experience documenting HR processes and staying current with industry trends.
• Experience in service industry preferred.
• MS Office suite expertise (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Purpose

This role will support the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as Apna Job, Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Support the business with adequate manpower.
• Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching etc.
• Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by ensuring his/her pre‑post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc.
• Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.
• Taking care of exit formalities – asset handover, understanding the reasons for exit, intimation to relevant teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Preferred from Service industry
• Proficient with MS Office – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

Qualifications

MBA (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field.
