Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Pune seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to manage P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor master, and travel & expenses. The role requires 7-10 years of international AP leadership experience and strong quality control capabilities.

You will oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs, review audit findings, and drive corrective actions. Night shifts are possible, with 2-way cab support and a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of international experience in AP Team Lead / P2P/PTP.
• End-to-end quality check experience in P2P domain.
• Strong Accounts Payables and invoice processing expertise.
• SAP FICO and MM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations.
• Ensure adherence to CTQs, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action.
• Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately.
• Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs.
• Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy.
