Job summary

Gratitude India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Hiring Team Lead – P2P Quality with 7–12 years of experience in BPO. The role requires AP process expertise, quality audits, RCA using 5 Whys, and strong SAP and Advanced Excel skills.

You will manage SLA/KPI performance, mentor teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies. Ex-TCS employees are not eligible, and PAN & DOB are required.
