Job summary

Amar Equipment Pvt Ltd is seeking a QC Executive with 1-2 years of experience for its Rabale Navi Mumbai location. The role involves ensuring quality through QAP, inspection of materials, and coordination with third-party inspectors.

Responsibilities include handling NDT, welding inspection, and documentation as per standards. The candidate should be familiar with MTC and drawing-based material planning.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA roles.
• Knowledge of QAP and WPS.
• Ability to perform NDT as per standards.
• Familiarity with MTC and material inspection.

Responsibilities

• Prepared the QAP (Quality Assurances Plan).
• Estimate and prepared list of material required for job as per drawing.
• Inspect the inward Material (Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Flange, and Fittings) against MTC as per code, Standard and Specifications.
• Carrying out work as per QAP, WPS & Final Revised drawing for production.
• Visual inspection of Welding and Fit up.
• Conduct NDT for Inspection-DPT & RT.
• Stage wise Inspection of the Project under production & prepare report for the same.
• Dealing with Third party Inspectors (Agencies like-TUV, LRQA, EEE) for the purpose of inspection and Documentation work (Sample Witness, Inspection released note etc)
• Knowledge of vernier caliper
