Job summary

Mech Power is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure materials and products meet defined QA standards across the production realization process.

You will drive ISO 9001 aligned processes, steer root cause analysis, and lead audits with department heads to uphold a zero-defect culture and continuous improvement in the supply chain.

This role also covers supplier evaluations, audits, and regular quality reporting with corrective actions to prevent defects and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of incoming materials and products through out production realization process as per defined Quality Assurance plan
• Define, document, implement and monitor processes and systems in line with ISO 9001.
• Create and maintain culture of zero defect quality in the supply chain and organization
• Identify root cause of defects and implement corrective actions
• Ensure zero defect products by using proactive quality methods (FMEA, Control plans)
• Analysis and reporting of internal, supplier defects and customer complaints
• Accountable for Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, coordinate with certification body for audits
• Conduct product, process, system audits to check the effectiveness of the system and coordinate with Department heads for required actions and improvement.
• Supplier evaluation, reevaluation and audits
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements
• Resolve production process issues and escalating issues to Department heads immediately
• Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
• Conduct Monthly Quality Management reviews, prepare and present Quality related charts and analysis
