Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a QA Testing & Automation Lead in Pune, India, with 10–12 years of experience to drive end-to-end test leadership and delivery. You will articulate delivery examples during screening and coordinate across IHUB and consumer teams.

You will define standards, coordinate SIT/UAT, manage defects, and report quality metrics while ensuring market coverage and thorough regression testing.

• Translate requirements into clear, traceable test scenarios and scripts (functional + data validation).
• Plan and coordinate SIT/UAT activities across IHUB and consumer teams; manage dependencies and timelines.
• Define and enforce test standards (entry/exit criteria, evidence, defect triage, sign-off).
• Lead defect management: logging, prioritization, root-cause collaboration, retest coordination.
• Ensure coverage across markets and consumers, including regression testing and change impact assessment.
• Provide testing status reporting (progress, risks/issues, quality metrics) and drive actions to closure.
