Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a QC/QA professional in India to prepare QC documentation for tenders and support the tendering team. The role includes creating ITPs, method statements, QA/QC procedures, and liaising with clients for timely approvals.

You will prepare/review NDT and PWHT procedures, material/test certificates, and witness welding parameters across SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW during project execution.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the QC documentation for tenders / proposals and assisting the tendering team
• Preparation of Project Inspection Test Plan, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents
• Preparation/ review of NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates. (FAT)
• Monitor and witness welding parameters for the processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable
