Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Hyderabad seeks a QC/QA Documentation Specialist to support tender teams and project execution. The role centers on preparing and reviewing quality documentation to ensure compliance with tender scopes.

You will develop inspection plans, WPS/PQR/WQT, QA/QC procedures and coordinate client approvals, while monitoring welding parameters (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW) and ensuring timely certificates.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC document control for tenders and projects.
• Knowledge of WPS/PQR/WQT and inspection test plans.
• Exposure to welding and materials certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the QC documentation for tenders / proposals and assisting the tendering team
• Preparation of Project Inspection Test Plan, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents.
• Preparation of WPS, PQR, WQT, project quality plans, QA/QC procedures and liaise with the client for timely approval of the same.
• Preparation/ review of NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates. (FAT)
• Monitor and witness welding parameters for the processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable.
