Responsibilities

• Prepare/ review NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates (FAT).
• Monitor and witness welding parameters for SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable.

• Preparing the QC documentation for tenders / proposals and assisting the tendering team


• Preparation of Project Inspection Test Plan, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents.


• Preparation of WPS, PQR, WQT, project quality plans, QA/QC procedures and liaise with the client for timely approval of the same.


• Preparation/ review of NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates. (FAT)


• Monitor and witness welding parameters for the processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable.
