Job summary

Mace is leading a complex, large-scale data centre project in Mumbai, delivering high standards in a heavily regulated environment. We seek a senior professional with extensive design, construction, planning and commercial management experience to drive governance and quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will lead audits, certifications, and CAPAs, while strengthening reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable outcomes for the project and client.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 20-25 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle data centre experience in regulated or mission critical projects.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual business plan objectives within timeframes and budgets.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver annual business plan objectives, ensuring effective implementation within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Lead internal and external audit programmes, producing insights and driving continual improvement.
• Manage certification processes, non-conformance investigations, and effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Enhance management systems through governance reviews, performance analysis, process improvements, and innovation.
• Develop quality reporting, management review outputs, communications, and capability-building training programmes.
• Strengthen supply chain quality performance and support net zero carbon objectives across project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have
