Snackible is a pioneering online-first snacks brand driving safer, healthier snacks in India. We seek a QA/QC Executive to ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of all inbound, stored, and outbound materials at our warehouse.

The role involves quality inspections, hygiene and GMP monitoring, documentation, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold standards. The candidate should have a B.Sc./M.Sc.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Food Technology with relevant QA/QC exposure.
• Knowledge of FSSAI norms, GMP/GHP, and HACCP essentials.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to defined quality standards.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, storage conditions, labeling, and product traceability.
• Conduct hygiene, GMP, GHP, and warehouse compliance checks.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs, deviation reports, and other quality docs.
• Identify quality deviations and support root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct sensory evaluation of products when required.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements and food safety standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and support CCPs and food safety controls.

The role will involve quality inspections, hygiene and GMP monitoring, documentation, audits, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per defined quality standards.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, storage conditions, labelling, and product traceability.
• Conduct regular hygiene, GMP, GHP, and warehouse compliance checks.
• Maintain and update QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs, deviation reports, and other quality documentation.
