Job summary

Qualifications

• G/PG in Science or tech field; BSc/MSc/BTech degree accepted.
• Technical experience in QA/QC across food/nutraceuticals is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive QC/QA activities with cross-functional teams ensuring speed and clarity.
• Evaluate and test new/reformulated products at plant locations; maintain QA/QC records.
• Coordinate sampling, testing with labs and document testing methods per standards.
• Ensure documentation per FSSAI, BIS, AYUSH, IPQC, ICH, GMP, FDA and ISO standards.
• Support batch approvals, investigations, CAPA, internal testing, and consumer queries.

Experience

Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in food science and food technology, food product, food manufacturing. Experience in Powder Mixes, Nutraceutical products is desired.

Education Qualification

G/PG in Science or tech field/ BSC / MSC/ B Tech

Industry Experience

Any experienced technical person preferred / relevant person will be considered.

Experience in Powder Mixes, Nutraceutical products is preferred.

Jobs and Responsibilities

• Operate as a reliable individual contributor while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive all QC/QA activities with speed and clarity.
• Conduct evaluation and testing of new and reformulated products at Plant location In some cases, ensuring all QA/QC records are accurately maintained as per defined specifications.
• Perform product sampling, prepare FG samples, and coordinate testing with approved external laboratories/agencies in cases needed to initiate testing from plant locations.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of testing methods, specifications, and documentation for cosmetic raw materials and finished good, and other categories aligned with FSSAI, BIS, AYUSH, IPQC, ICH, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Support fast decision-making for batch approval, failure investigation, RCA CAPA execution, internal testing, and consumer query resolution.
• Manage and prepare all key QC/ QA documents including COA AQL, MSDS, TDS/Non-DG, Composition Sheets, and other regulatory documents required for product registrations across India and international markets.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party/contract manufacturers for QC/QA documentation, audits, and issue resolution.
• Partner with the RandD NPD, consumer support and QC teams to analyze product complaints, evaluate failed batches, review warehouse samples, and ensure robust documentation for control batches.
