Job summary

PropChk in Mumbai is seeking a QA QC Engineer to lead quality inspections for residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects. You will ensure adherence to approved drawings, IS codes, and project specifications, and drive corrective actions through NCRs and reports.

Qualifications

• Proficient in report preparation and NCR management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship per project specifications; identify non-conformances and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues; maintain NCR logs and audit documentation.
