Job summary

PropChk is seeking a QA/QC Engineer in Bengaluru to lead quality inspections of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects. You will ensure compliance with drawings, IS codes, and specifications, and prepare essential QC documents.

The role involves daily site inspections, handling NCRs, and coordinating with contractors to resolve quality issues, requiring strong report writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of experience in residential Mivan high-rise construction.
• Knowledge of IS codes and quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing; prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship per project specifications; identify non-conformances and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors; maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.

Key Responsibilities
