The role emphasizes daily inspections, preparation of ITPs/MTPs, NCR handling, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree holders with 5+ years in residential construction QC.
• Experience in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction QC.
• Ability to prepare ITPs, MTPs, NCRs, and inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
• Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
