Job summary

PropChk in Delhi is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in residential Mivan high-rise and conventional construction to ensure quality in accordance with approved drawings, IS codes and project specifications.

You will conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and finishing works, prepare ITPs/MTPs and NCRs, verify materials, identify non-conformances and coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.

Qualifications

• Qualification includes B.E./B.Tech and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes required.
• Experience with shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works. Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
• Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
