Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in IS Codes, ITPs, QAP, FQP, Method Statements and quality documentation.
• Ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at site.
• Review and coordinate approval of Concrete Mix Designs, Site Materials, Method Statements, QAP & FQP.
• Monitor concrete grades, concrete production, batching, slump testing, cube testing and curing.
• Conduct concrete mix trials, mix design corrections and related documentation.
• Experience in QA/QC activities for residential, commercial and industrial building projects.
• Conduct site quality inspections, identify internal observations/non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
• Train site execution teams on construction activities as per approved method statements and methodology.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure proper site execution.
• Coordinate soil testing, material testing, laboratory testing and verification of test results.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, including Material Testing Checklists, Cube Register, Material Sampling Register, Waterproofing Register, Rejected Material Register
• Verify construction materials for compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities across project sites and ensure consistent quality standards.
• Identify quality issues at an early stage and minimize rework.
