Job summary

eShipz is seeking a proactive and customer-centric QA Lead with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to lead QA across product releases in a fast-growing logistics SaaS environment.

The role involves defining test strategy, plans, and quality standards; leading functional, integration, regression and API testing; collaborating with Product, Engineering and Customer Success; mentoring the QA team and driving automation improvements. Bengaluru-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Lead
• Proven experience in handling B2B customers is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities
