Job summary

eShipz in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Technical Product Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience to drive product initiatives in a fast-growing logistics SaaS environment.

You will own the roadmap, gather requirements from customers and stakeholders, and work with Engineering, QA, Design and Business teams to deliver features. Strong API and SaaS platform understanding is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Experience handling B2B customers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
