Job summary

eShipz, a fast-growing logistics SaaS company headquartered in Bengaluru, seeks a proactive DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to help optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.

You will collaborate with software teams to improve deployment efficiency, monitor performance and security, and ensure reliability using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tools in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience handling B2B customers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
