Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. in India is seeking a QA professional to perform end-to-end QA activities including test planning, design, execution, defect management, and release validation.

You will analyze requirements, develop test scenarios, execute API and database testing, validate banking workflows, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. Strong collaboration with development and business teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in QA/Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of the US Banking domain and banking processes.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing and Database Testing/SQL.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira/Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
