Job summary

Catalysts Bio Technologies is seeking a QA professional to manage quality documentation and audits. The role includes preparing quality manuals, conducting pre-audit activities, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Kosher, and Halal standards.

The incumbent will lead non-conformance handling, CAPA reporting, risk assessments, and internal trainings. Strong communication in English and Hindi is essential to liaise with certification bodies and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certified.
• Hands-on exposure to QA, line process verification, audit requirements, and shop floor management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain QA documents, and handle audits for ISO/9001, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal.
• Develop quality manuals aligning with policy, procedures, and external certification bodies.
• Lead pre-audit preparation and conduct quality audits.
• Create and manage non-conformance modules and CAPA reporting.
• Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies.
• Conduct management reviews as per Quality Manual.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies for staff and visitors.
• Perform risk assessments of processes and tasks.
• Handle customer complaints and initiate Quality Task Forces with 1-week resolutions.
• Provide quality declarations and MSDS to clients and internal users.
• Conduct internal trainings as per ISO norms and training calendar.
• Monitor and review internal processes affecting product quality.
• Report to top management on QA performance and improvements.

Role & responsibilities

• To prepare, maintain QA documents and Handling 9001, 22000, Kosher, Halal Audits, Shopfloor management
• Preparation of quality manuals incorporating quality policy, procedures, documents etc. to ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
• Handling pre-audit preparation and conducting quality audit.
• Develop module for non-conformance and doing final CAPA reporting
• Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies
• Conduct management review meetings on the regular basis as defined in the Quality Manual.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks
• Handle Customer Complaints, initiates Quality Task Force to ensure non-conformance findings & resolution within a week.
• Support with quality declarations and MSDS of products etc to clients and internal customers
• Conduct internal trainings as per ISO norms & as per training calendar.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organizations products
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
