Job summary

Techsol Engineers in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Executive – SOP & ISO to manage ISO 9001 and QMS activities, coordinate audits, and drive SOP development and document control. The role involves quarterly compliance reviews and ensuring adherence to latest ISO standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration for process improvement and maintain records, evidence, and management reports to support continuous QMS improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and QMS activities.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Strong documentation and SOP development skills.
• Knowledge of NCRs, CAPAs and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all ISO 9001 and QMS activities across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and formats for all departments.
• Maintain the SOP master list, revision history, approvals, and document control.
• Conduct quarterly SOP and ISO compliance reviews with all departments.
• Identify process gaps and ensure timely closure of audit observations, NCRs, CAPAs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure departments follow the latest approved SOPs and ISO requirements.
• Maintain ISO records, audit evidence, compliance trackers, and management reports.
• Coordinate with department heads for process improvement and continuous QMS improvement.
• Drive ISO awareness, SOP compliance, document discipline, and process standardization across the organization.
