Job summary

Wadhwani AI in Delhi is seeking a QA Engineer to lead testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring quality from requirements through release. You will design test plans, write cases, automate tests, and troubleshoot issues to support reliable product deployments.

Job Description

The QAEngineer at Wadhwani AI will focus on testing, calibrating,troubleshooting, and debugging all software products on allplatforms. As a QA engineer, you will take control of thetesting activity and ensure its accuracy always.

• You will beresponsible for all phases of testing, fromreviewing requirements and preparing test cases toautomating them, ensuring smooth and successfulrelease deployments to production.
  
• Conductingvarious types of testing, including UI, API,integration, and performance testing, to ensurefunctionality and quality.
  
• Creatingdetailed, comprehensive and well structured test plansand test cases. Thoroughly identify, document, andtrack bugs.
  
• Validating ofend to end workflows on mobile or web, includingdifferent platforms.
  
• Automatingtests using standard tools, adapting to the existingtechnical environment for performing testingtasks.
  
• Identify anyareas of improvement in the product based onunderstanding test outcomes.
  
• Staying up todate with new testing tools and test strategies
  

Requirements

• Core experience as a QA Engineer with strong object oriented design and coding skills.
  
• Good experience in writing detailed test cases, high quality bugs, issues, and regression reports for issues encountered during testing.
  
• Must have worked on mobile and web applications.
  
• Experience in maintaining the manual and automated test suites.
  
• Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development.
  
• Have a hands-on automation script with Playwright or Selenium/Appium.
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  
• Experienced in testing APIs.
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, engineering or a relatedfield from an accredited university or college.
  
• Work experienceas a Quality Engineer for 1-4 years.
  
• Good to haveexperience with Load/Stress testing or Security testing.
