Job summary

Wadhwani AI seeks a public health professional to support deployment of AI-enabled health solutions with state programs. You will provide technical and operational support across facilities, coordinate with government officials, and drive monitoring, reporting and capacity-building activities.

Ideal candidates hold MPH or related master’s, with 2–8 years in public health, strong grasp of MNCH, TB–HIV programs, and experience navigating government health systems in India.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
• Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
• Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, Ayushman Bharat and NHM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state program teams to support deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide technical and operational support for smooth implementation across facilities and districts of the state.
• Coordinate with government officials, internal teams, and stakeholders for effective project execution and issue resolution.
• Manage monitoring and evaluation by tracking performance indicators, analyzing data, and preparing periodic reports and insights.
• Support training and capacity building of healthcare workers through workshops and on-ground hand holding.
• Provide field-level troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of implementation challenges.
• Contribute to strengthening scalable digital health ecosystems and integration of AI tools into routine systems.
• Document project progress, outcomes, challenges, and key learnings.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the state as required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

• 2–8 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
