We're looking for a quality‑obsessed engineer who doesn't just find bugs — you prevent them. This isn't a checkbox QA role. You'll be embedded deep in our AI-native development workflow, owning quality end-to-end across client products and internal platforms. You'll work closely with AI engineers, architects, and the CTO to ship software that is fast, reliable, and production‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Engineering (80%)
  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies across manual and automated testing pipelines.
  • Manual Testing: Exploratory, functional, regression, and smoke testing across web and API surfaces.
  • Automation Testing: Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent).
  • API Testing: Validate REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman and REST‑Assured.
  • Security Testing: Vulnerability assessments, input validation, authentication/authorization testing aligned with OWASP.
  • Performance Testing: Benchmark response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
  • Load Testing: Simulate high traffic using k6, JMeter, or Locust.
  • Validation Testing: Ensure business requirements are met.
  • Verification Testing: Ensure implementation matches specifications.
  • Dynamic Testing: Execute applications under real or simulated conditions.
  • Static Testing: Code reviews, walkthroughs, static analysis.
  • Own the bug lifecycle from reporting to verification.
  • Maintain CI/CD quality gates.
• AI-Augmented QA (Key Focus Area)
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for test generation and automation.
