• Experience 12 years to 15 years
• Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for Mechanical works, including HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Systems, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and associated utilities.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, measurements, variations, change orders, and cost estimates to ensure accurate project cost control and commercial compliance.
• Track project budgets, monitor cost performance, evaluate claims, and support forecasting and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, procurement, and project teams for valuation, certification, and commercial closure of mechanical packages.
• Ensure contractual compliance, maintain commercial documentation, and support risk management to achieve project objectives within budget.
• Prefered Candidate from Data Center, Large Scale Industrial, Steel Plant, Power plant Construction management background

Requirements
