Job summary

Dhanush EnggServices India Private Limited seeks an experienced Lead Mechanical to oversee mechanical construction for critical facilities, notably data centers. The role demands leadership over HVAC, chillers, cooling systems, plumbing and fire protection, with strong coordination across clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The candidate should bring 15–20 years of sector experience, especially in data centers or large-scale industrial, steel plant, or power plant construction management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities for the Data Center project, including HVAC, chillers, cooling, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, civil, electrical, and commissioning teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, resources, and contractor performance to meet schedules.
• Review drawings, submittals, method statements, and resolve site technical issues.
• Support planning, risk management, testing and commissioning, and stakeholder management.
• Prefered candidate from Data Center, Large Scale Industrial, Steel Plant, Power plant construction management background.

Position : Lead Mechanical

• Lead and manage all Mechanical construction activities, including HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Systems, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and associated utilities for the Data Center project.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, civil, electrical, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of key milestones.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, resource deployment, and contractor performance to ensure delivery in line with project schedules and specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and resolve site-related technical issues to maintain construction quality and efficiency.
• Support project planning, risk management, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prefered Candidate from Data Center, Large Scale Industrial, Steel Plant, Power plant Construction management background
