Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Python Robot QA for hybrid work in Hyderabad. The role requires 6+ years in automation testing using Robot Framework and Python, with experience in CI tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps, Selenium and GitLab integrations, and cloud deployment testing.

Responsibilities include test automation across platforms, defect management, and non-functional testing including performance and DR, with exposure to capital markets a plus.

Python Robot QA

Work Mode :Hybrid

Work Location : Hyderabad

Work Timing : 2 PM to 11 PM

Primary : Python , Robot Framework

Responsibility

• 6 + years of Automation Testing tools Robot framework
• Demonstrated experience of automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies and understand its application throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of test case management packages
• Demonstrated experience of hands-on Issue and Defect Management.
• Should have expertise in at least one programming language ( Python) in addition to Continuous Integration tools (such as: Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge and experience with modern testing development practices and integrated testing products such as selenium and their integration with tools such as Gitlab, etc.
• Experience of non-functional testing as well as backup and recovery, DR, performance
• Experience of Agile Software Development & Testing methods for deployment in cloud environments.
• Previous development experience, cloud migration testing experience and Capital markets experience would be an added advantage
