Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of QA/Testing experience with a strong automation background.
• Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Automation – Selenium with Java, GIT, API Testing, Azure/Cloud, Writing SQL Queries, Database Testing, ISTQB Certification, Basics in JMeter – Performance Testing.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps practices, Test architecture and framework design, Continuous testing and shift-left methodologies.
• Strong experience in UI automation, API automation, Backend and database testing, CI/CD tools, Version control (Git).
• Experience implementing test coverage and code quality tools such as SonarQube and Allure Reports.

Leadership & Communication

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, Developers, Architects).
• Ability to lead distributed QA teams and manage large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts.
• Exposure to robotics process automation (RPA) tools.
