Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supplier evaluation and contract management.
• Experience in inventory management and PO processing.
• Ability to analyze costs, evaluate quotations, and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with office software and procurement/ERP tools.
• Experience in retail, gifting, or merchandising sectors preferred.
• On-site in Jaipur; able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce preferred.

Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to corporate gifting products and services. This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of high-quality merchandise and packaging materials. The Purchasing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and design teams to align purchasing decisions with client requirements, brand standards, and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supplier issues to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data, optimizing vendor relationships, and continuously improving procurement processes to support business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and vendor management skills, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience in inventory management, purchase order processing, and coordination with logistics or operations teams.
• Ability to analyze costs, compare quotations, and optimize purchasing decisions for quality and value.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proficiency with basic office software and procurement or ERP tools for tracking orders and reporting.
