Job summary

MathCo in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage procurement for Marketing, Branding, ROW operations, corporate gifting, and client experience initiatives.

You will source and negotiate with vendors, coordinate international procurement, handle RFQs/RFPs, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, events, and client visits. The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in indirect procurement or marketing procurement.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Solid understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and commercial evaluations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with marketing, branding, creative, digital marketing, PR, events, printing, and media agencies.
• Procure promotional merchandise, marketing collateral, event materials, signage, and branded assets.
• Execute RFQs/RFPs and conduct commercial evaluations to finalize vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and overseas vendors for on-time execution.
