Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Purchasing Executive role based in Ulhasnagar. The Purchasing Executive will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, including receiving and reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and monitoring inventory levels to support operational requirements. The Purchasing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with project needs, track purchase metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records, resolving order discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
