Hyt Engineering Company in Pune invites an experienced mechanical procurement professional to lead purchasing, sourcing, and vendor development for EPC projects. You will draft contracts, negotiate rates, manage POs, and ensure timely delivery of machinery across India and globally.

You will coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical plant and maintain strict cost controls while ensuring quality and compliance, including import/export documentation and Railways certificates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mechanical procurement for EPC projects.
• Draft and review purchase contracts, SLAs, and import/export docs for international shipments.
• Handle sourcing, rate negotiation, PO creation and vendor identification.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical plant & machinery.
• Monitor projects and coordinate with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Obtain necessary certificates from Railways for installed machinery.
• Manage purchasing budgets while ensuring quality and cost optimization.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India.

• Manage mechanical procurement activities in India and globally, including purchasing, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management for EPC projects.

• Draft and review purchase contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and import/export documentation for international machinery shipments.

• Handle sourcing, rate negotiation, purchase orders and cost-effective vendor identification.

• Coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical plant & machinery, including CNC and heavy-duty machines.

• Monitor projects and coordinate with internal departments, clients and suppliers.

• Ensure timely receipt, installation and commissioning of machinery and obtain necessary certificates from Railways.

• Manage purchasing budgets while ensuring quality, reliability and cost optimization.

• Handle multiple projects across India and travel to project sites as required.

Hands-on experience working with procurement modules in SAP or similar ERP systems.
