Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical formulations industry.
• Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical finished formulations and third-party manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Loan Licence operations, WHO-GMP requirements, and export-oriented procurement.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from requisition to vendor payment.
• Procure finished pharmaceutical formulations through third-party manufacturers and contract manufacturing partners.

• Handle procurement-related documentation and coordinate with regulatory, quality, and production teams.
• Manage import/export procurement activities and support tender-related purchases when required.
