Job summary

Brassica Pharma in Mumbai is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end RM and PM purchasing, ensuring GMP-compliant processes and timely delivery. You will work closely with QA, Stores, Production, and Planning to maintain a smooth supply chain and control inventory levels through ERP-driven MIS reporting.

Pharma experience is mandatory, with a focus on cost-effective sourcing within a tight GMP framework in the Andheri–Virar corridor.

• Pharma industry experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end procurement of RM and PM aligned with production and planning requirements.
• Source reliable vendors, negotiate pricing and secure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality.
• Execute RFQs, comparative analysis, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure GMP-compliant purchasing processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, Stores, Production, and Planning teams to maintain smooth supply flow.
• Monitor inventory trends to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Evaluate vendor performance and support vendor audits and development initiatives.
• Manage procurement data through ERP systems and prepare MIS reports for management review.
