Job Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Order Management: Manage the procurement of pharmaceutical products based on forecasts and inventory needs.
• Place and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Approve purchase requisitions from departments.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and address supplier issues.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to avoid shortages/excess.
• Work with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and expiration management.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure purchased products comply with GMP, FDA, and other regulations.
• Maintain accurate purchase records in line with legal requirements.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate supplier performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchase order records and submit regular reports on purchasing activities.
