Job summary

Expertrons Delhi is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for IT infrastructure and technology solutions, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery. You will negotiate with OEMs and vendors, compare quotations, raise POs, coordinate with Sales, Finance and Delivery, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT procurement in Delhi-NCR, strong vendor management, Excel proficiency, and a track record of streamlining procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Purchase/Procurement experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure or System Integration.
• Strong experience with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.
• Knowledge of IT products such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Center, and Cloud solutions.
• Experience in quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, Purchase Orders, and order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source IT products, hardware, software, and technology solutions from OEMs, distributors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Delivery teams for procurement requirements.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, and vendor commitments.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, availability, delivery delays, and vendor coordination.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and approval procedures.
• Build and manage a reliable vendor and supplier network.
