Happiest Health Systems in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Purchase/Procurement professional with 8–12 years of Civil & Construction procurement exposure. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining ERP records.

MBA in Procurement/Supply Chain/Operations is preferred; strong vendor management and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

• Strong vendor, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• MBA in Procurement/Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Civil & Construction procurement including site requirements, vendor sourcing and quotation analysis.
• Negotiate terms, generate POs, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain inventory, monitor vendor performance and cost optimization; update ERP records.
