Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Support in obtaining quotations and comparing prices.
• Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with vendors for order placement, delivery, and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory tracking and stock records.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and payment terms (under supervision).
• Ensure timely procurement to support project and operational needs.
• Work closely with accounts and operations teams for smooth processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA / B.Com / MBA / Supply Chain / Engineering.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
