Job summary

Haier Appliances in Pune seeks a procurement professional to manage weekly and monthly scheduling per OPSI plan, ensuring uninterrupted material supply to support production. You will monitor supplier delivery performance, raise POs on time, and track aging (90+ days) and DIO to keep operations smooth.

• Weekly and Monthly Scheduling as per OPSI Plan.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to support production plans.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance. Manage shortages and supply disruptions.
• Raised Purchase Order on time as per OPSI Plan, Monitor Over aging (90 days and Above 90 days) & DIO
• Support production planning through effective material management.
• Conduct supplier & Mould capacity assessments
• Participate in supplier audits and qualification activities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
