Job summary

Fairmont Udaipur Palace, part of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, invites you to join our pre-opening procurement team. You will manage purchase requisitions, negotiate with suppliers, issue purchase orders and ensure accurate deliveries in a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce/Business or related field, has 2–5 years of purchasing experience (hospitality preferred), and demonstrates strong negotiation, analytical and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and obtain competitive quotations.
