Job summary

Hirekey Consultancy in Greater Noida is seeking a Purchase/Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, consumables, and packaging materials. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, ERP/MRP experience, and be able to coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Finance to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires 2+ years of experience and a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Purchase electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
• Identify, develop, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead time, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure timely availability of materials according to production requirements.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, shortages, delays, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Finance teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better commercial terms.
• Develop alternate vendors to reduce supply risks and improve competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP/MRP transactions.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely closure of procurement activities.
