Role Description

The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Shirur. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including receiving and reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, negotiate prices and terms with vendors, and maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments to understand requirements, resolving discrepancies related to orders or invoices, and supporting adherence to company procurement policies. The role also involves regular follow-ups with suppliers, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including creating, reviewing, and tracking documents accurately.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and cost control.
