Reliserv Solution in Navi Mumbai seeks a Purchase Executive to manage buying, source reliable suppliers, and negotiate prices to keep materials on time and within budget.

You will issue POs, track deliveries, and coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts to ensure accurate records and GST compliance. This role offers growth in procurement and supply chain within a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Purchase Executive to manage the buying of materials, goods, and services for Reliserv Solution. You will source reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, place purchase orders, and make sure materials arrive on time and within budget. This is a great role for anyone who wants to build a career in procurement and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers for raw materials, components, consumables, or services
• Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with company requirements
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays or quality issues
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams on material requirements
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, rates, and supplier data in ERP/Excel
• Track inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Verify invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and delivery documents before payment processing
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sources
• Prepare purchase reports, price comparison sheets, and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and statutory requirements (GST, e‑way bill, etc.).
