Job summary

Nelito System in Goregaon, Mumbai is seeking a Purchase Executive for our client. You will handle supplier billing, PO creation, vendor negotiations and payments coordination to ensure timely procurement for hardware, software, AMC and services.

The role involves strict adherence to budget, approvals, and audit processes, with regular MIS reporting and cross-functional collaboration across procurement and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT purchase.
• Good verbal and email communication.
• Should be available for Face to Face interview.
• Immediate to 30 days are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and process bills related to employees of Premises Infrastructure and Procurement.
• Verify rates with agreements and process centralized bills.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Prepare Purchase Orders as per material requests and quotations.
• Follow up with vendors for payments and maintain records.
• Provide timely MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Ensure processes align with audit requirements and budget controls.
• Coordinate with Finance for payments and resolve queries.
• Handle procurement for hardware, software, AMC and services.

We have opening with our client for Purchase Executive for Goregaon Mumbai location

Experience : 1+ Years

Role & responsibilities

• Checking & processing of Bills related to employees of Premises Infrastructure & Procurement.
• Checking standard rate with agreement & processing of all centralized bills.
• Continuous discussion with vendor for quotations.
• Must co-ordinate with vendor for order & delivery of order.
• Processing Advance Requisition Form (ARF) of Employee & Vendor.
• To prepare Purchase Order (PO) as per material request.
• Change Purchase order if Bill Amount is exceeding the Purchase Order Limits.
• Follow up for Vendor payment & upkeep records.
• Sound knowledge of Processes & its adherence in completion of tasks regarding Budget, Approvals, System work flow, Financial work flow, Category of Expenses.
• Coordinating with Finance for Payments as well as resolution of Queries.
• Coordinating with Vendor and Project Manager for Queries/Payments/Outstanding balance.
• Providing timely (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) MIS Report.
• Ensuring Processes as per Audit compliance.
• Ensuring timely Payments to Vendors. And taking new initiative for process evolution.
• Part of a team responsible for Payment processing of almost 100+ vendors.
• Invoice Acceptance & Verification as per Purchase order given to Vendor for Hardware, Software, AMC, Professional Services, Telecommunications Services, etc.
• Verification of Hardware Approval received from Various Branches for PC , Printers , Laptops.
• Preparation of Purchase Order according to the Quotations received from Vendors.
• Coordination with various Vendors regarding the Products Procurement and its related Prices.
• Preparation of Hardware/Software/Services Related Purchase Order as Discussed with the Project Managers.
