Responsibilities

• Ensure just-in-time purchase of all raw materials and services.
• Ensure economical purchase of all items while keeping Quality, Cost, and Delivery in mind.
• Carry out all purchases strictly through approved purchase orders.
• Verify received materials against the corresponding purchase order with respect to: material description, ordered quantity, and agreed purchase price.
• Arrange purchased materials systematically to facilitate easy material issue and inventory control.
• Conduct physical inventory verification during month-end and reconcile stock with company records/books of accounts.
